They don't, but that's where I live and do the odd VB home projects. The rest of the time I'm sat at work (Horsham), like now.
Mind you you, can't say there's masses of programming here either - only when I'm well behaved.

Yeah, Horsham is somewhat of a 'mare to get to from Seaford. And I don't take the train, but even goin' in the car's pretty bad as well.
So, being bored of Horsham, and not enough VB in my job, I'm kinda getting fed up.
So where do you abide to have enough knowledge to discern my travelling problems?

Well, if I ever decide to look for a job that's more local (granted, three-fifths of the time that's not technically possible), knowing how long it takes to get to Horsham might be handy.

Obviously, I don't need an additional reason for avoiding Hastings.

I live in the mighty Telscombe Cliffs, but work in London. Well, for two days a week, anyway. The other three I work from home.

Telscombe Cliffs eh? I lived in Peacehaven for all my young years (well the first 20 of them), I've since moved to Seaford cos it's a bit of a dump (in my humble opinion).
Well, it's a small world. Just a shame we have to travel about so much.
And I personaly think there's enough distance between Telscombe/Seaford and Brighton to avoid the 'alternative side' of the East Sussex coastline.

Yep. Notice that I carefully avoided any mention of Peacehaven because it is, indeed, a bit of a dump. I quite like Telscombe, though.

We're definitely far enough away from Brighton to avoid being lumped in with their preferences, but Ian, fond as he is of sheep, is desperate to find someone else with an, um, alternative lifestyle.

It was a mixture of floods, four hour journeys (each way) and me throwing my toys out of the pram. Add to that an excellent manager and a smattering of luck, and there you have it. I've had this arrangement since November 2000; before that it was London every day. I don't miss it.

No jobs going at the moment, unless "Steve" is short for "Stephanie"... Or unless you reckon you could stop Ian from making it through the lobby.
