    Hi,
    Can anyone tell me when should I be using resource files? What's the advantage of using them for icon, bitmap storage?

    Use ressource files allow you to concentrate all your icons and images in one file. I guess this file will be include in the EXE but i'm not sure. Anyway even if it doesn't do what i guess, imagine an appli with 100 images. Do you think you're gonna give all images? No, of course, then use a ressource file to have only one file.
