    what's a good php editor?

    I'm wondering what would be a good PHP editor that colors the PHP code pRoPeRlY (if any )?

    well, for syntax highlighting 'Textpad' is the best (http://www.textpad.com) but thats all that i know of . but get it, its the best.

    I found another program "Edit Plus". That seems like to be good too. Thanks for the replys

    With Textpad you can make up and modify the language / syntax (*.syn) files to suite your liking; assign file extentions to syntax types and **** like that. i'm gonne give that 'ConTEXT' a try thoguh.

    I think you can make your own with context too, not that i've ever done it because it supports all languages I use it to code out of the box.

    hi MrPolite

    I use Editplus too.
    Make sure you know how to handle their Auto Completion and Syntax hilite feature for max usage! I think this is THE editor for us coders...



    hardcoder or hardcoder_1 .... all in the same family.
