    try this:
    put your mouse next to a smily, then click on the mouse and stay clicking, move the mouse ove the smily and look what happens, you get a new face!!

    Doesn't look like it works in Netscape. Must be another Microsoft plot for market dominance

    I think it happens because Explorer will highlight the graphics (Netscape doesn't) and the pixels from the highlighting are causing conflicts with the Graphic.
