I have recently downloaded and installed vb service pack 4 from the microsoft website. I was hoping that, well i was under the impression that it would cure the printer orientation problem which would give the error "Report width is larger than the paper width" when you try and print out unfortunately this does not seem to be the case as i am still getting the error when i preview my data reports. I have checked to see if the service pack has been properly installed and it is. Can any one shed any light on the subject?
Thanks
Helen

Per MS, that has been fixed in SP4...
have you tried making a new report, or reapplying the service pack?

Thanks for the advice.
