dialog problem

I'm creating a dialog application through app-wizard.

For some reason dialog creation is failing. I'm doing nothing to
the base files that App-wizard is creating and for some reason
it's not showing the window straight from the app-wizard
created files. >:O

Any ideas?

apparently i get this error when a rich edit control is placed on
the dialog.

Anyone know the reason for this?
