multiple records at one form

i have a purchase order form... in which on the form, user will have to enter 1 purchase order id, 1 date and multiple product codes.

wat i'm tryin to say is that, based on that purchase order id, i will be able to enter diff type of products at one form .. the layout of the form is as below.. i do not know how to attach the form here..

wat can i use to the pcode,name and quantity part? flex grid? any advise anyone??

MSFlexGrid or a ListView control immediately comes to mind.
