    creating a list box for a field from a query

    How do i display a selected field on the form as a list box from an access query?

    this would therefore enable the user to select the record they require instantly without having to scroll through all of the results

    any help would be great

    Are you talking about a database field being displayed in a ListBox?

    i think thats what he is saying. in the listbox would be all the field values for a paticular field for all of the records.

    or is that what he is saying? who knows....
