for instance
How can I send a file to someone like
a .exe so they can just open it.
Like an attachment in Outlook Express 5
I get this message.

Ah - I get it now. There should also be an email address in that email that you can use to send that email.
In fact you bringing this up reminds me that you can actually reply to that message, I just didn't update that template.  Just reply to that message, and you will be fine.
