icons in menu objects

Hi !

it's been like a year since last time I've posted here...surprise to see my account still works...

Anyways, my question is simple:

How do I insert an Icon next to (left) the caption of a menu ?

I've seen an article in here about that but they do it with a bmp... I want a cool look like in Office or even in VB editor !!!

there is a web site www.mvps.org (i think). They have a few site linked to them. I found a menu with pics there.

And check www.planet-source-code.com. I know there is one that is called Office XP Menu. It works great (with a dll)
