Add me to the list of "Happy for you"
    Congratulations!

I get a little ill when you post your exacting code
next to my circles but I learn from it...thank you!

I have still got a drawer-full of transformers, anyone wanna buy them? hehehe, ps. Optimus's hands and left exhaust pipe are missing and his truck-trailer is MIA.

    Transformers

Last year, I paid around $100 just to get the original Megatron action figure off of Ebay. The longer you wait, the more expensive they get.

I have a whole collection of Transformer's from my Childhood years. They will be worth a lot some day.

The funny thing is that kedaman registered in may 2000 and megatron registered in may 1999.. LOL!! don't know why I think that's funny, but I think Ked was trying too hard to earn the guru status.. I even remember this one time when him and this other guy (forgot the name, I think it was sam finch) were competing to get guru status.

actually megatron is march 1999 and kedaman is march 2000.
they are a year apart yet they're post count is almost tied.
    hmmmmm makes me wonder.

and that's not all. go to the member list and select the Top Ten. If you look, you'll see that kedaman and sam finch are the only year2000 people who are in there, the rest are all in 1999.

    hi,

has any one seen the new transformers, they are omputer generated and they are called "beastwars" and it is brill becasue in one episode they go back to the original base and find megatron all computer generated

    Wicked

    Merlin ?

Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.

Yes, I have seen that episode. But the Beast Wars generation ended last year. Now they have a new generation called Beast Machines.

I used to like watching the show when I was a kid. Now I am more into collecting the action figures. These days, they have taken most of the good character's out so it is not that great anymore. Many of them added liveliness and personality to the series. It's really dull and dry now without them.

Ah, this finally happened, when i was gone ofcourse, i haven't been here for a day i mean.

Ok, don't care about postcounts Zej, if that's your only purpose(i dunno but i've seen that very often lately)

Otherways i'm going to say, eh maybe i'm not deserving this, because i'm not going to post that much for now, well that actually depends, because i'm really busy at a RTS game (our team is working hard, you may visit our homepage later)

On the other hand i'll be here for about 1 hour to spend my time helping you, so i'm not completely disappearing. BTW, i don't think the other Gurus, not including me an meg, are online more than that.

Thanks lads - you've both helped me out on many occasions. Greatly appreciate it. And what about about this 'Mongo' guy. Don't know how many he's done, but one day he posted me an answer with nothing relevant to do with my question, and his code worked. Genius.

I store it in my head. But the ones I use very often, I write down, for example, accessing the Registry. I use that in basically every program I make. It saves a lot of time.

I store everything in my head, everything! hehe, well actually I store everything on my harddrive since that saves a lot of time, well i'm sure that was not qwestion but well i had to answer it.

But simply put you have to, since otherways you would look at your code later and say "what does that do?"

I sincerely hope those aspiring to the lofty heights of 'Guru' status remember that quality posts and helpful, on-topic, informative answers keep this bulletin board alive.

I think one or two newer members seem to think that sheer quantity of posts is going to make them popular (not to mention a higher 'grade' member status). The goal of higher status shouldn't make members forget the purpose of the bulletin board.

I'm surprise those members have not asked James to give us hit-points and armour yet

    Enough said.
