You can use the FlexGrid control for whatever you need, I'm sure. It's not databound, but that's a good thing.

Here is an example to get you started. I also included a class to make adding extra stuff to it easier.

thanks ed but can u teach me ho to implement using database .. what in the flexgrid practise is the data is hard coded

I don't think the FlexGrid is databound although the Heirarchical FlexGrid is you could use that or just make your own method to insert the data into the grid.
