I made a type of board game in VB and its called "The Game of Chance". I really a good board game but its kind of fun. Its only a one player game with no object but to win alot of money. You lose by running out of money. Please try it if you get the time: http://members.xoom.com/PokemonH/FWN/TGOC.zip

Nice but make some ways for the user to change the outcome more. Like if you ever make a second player, you should make a jail and get out of jail free cards, so then the players could trade the card. Or you could take out loans but you need to pay it back within so many turns. What I just said is probably very hard to do, just some suggestions. Very Good altogether though. I KEPT LOSING HALF MY MONEY, noo, I couldn't land on that $400 square huh?

I lost all of my money very quickly as well. A good improvement you can do is make the graphics a little more neater. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Dont take a chance if you dont have the money too do so. And dont take the life savings chance you can auto maticly lose the game with that one. Making a jail would be too much like monopoly. And I am not that good as a graphics artist I make the board in MS Paint. If you want the sorce code you can ask. Thanks for testing it.

Use POV-Ray. (www.povray.org). It's a free Raytracer which can develop High-Quality graphics.

Well I quit after getting $3950 after 32 throws, so I,ll be around to collect my winnings tomorrow, heh heh.
How about a bank feature, so you could save x amount of dollars, then continue with the game. If you go broke you could draw some back out, or perhaps bank it all then quit the game (banked amount saved to file) then continue the game some other time.
Good little game, try and develop it

Very neat game. Is it all randomized? Whether you win or lose? It reminds me of Monopoly. And when it asks you if you want to take a chance..it's hard not to click Yes! If you win, you win money, if you lose, you can lose it all.
Spie, how he uses the money:
Label1.caption = Label1.caption - TheHundred
Label1.caption = Label1.caption + TheHundred
Something like that .

NOT BAD
not bad of a game, the graphics aren't good but i didn't expect them to be. i modified the dice so that they are red w/ a white dot. it kinda looks a little better.

Thanks. The games and chances dice are randomized. So if you dont have the money to take the chance Press NO. I released the game on my site: http://www.fwnsoftware.com
