How do you make money from your applications?
For example, I have an ActiveX control for sale, but I don't really know how to go about selling it, I was thinking about shareware or something. What do you think?

Shareware is the easiest. Just post it on your site and have people send in their orders. You can do this by yourself or you can try http://www.kagi.com and see if they can help you.

Stick, BoB and I have set up a company and want to sell the products that we make.
Do we have to buy a seperate license ??
If not then what editions of VB/VC++ allow us to do this ??

The Professional and Enterprise Editions allow you to distribute your own Applications.
If you look over EULA (End User Licence Agreement) it will exaplin the use of the Software. I believe that in a comapny, you must designate 1 person who will use the Software but I'm not too sure. Read over EULA to double check.

I think as long as the software(visual basic) is only on one machine at a time, I dont think it matters who uses it.
