    Smile Pls help on Thesis Project

    Hello im new here...

    Can anyone teach me how to create a Windows 98 Registry Program?? Much like TweakXp for windows Xp , except this time its for win98??

    Tutorials,websites, or even code will be great!!

    There already is a program for tweaking windows 98.. its called tweak98 and comes with MS powertoys.. in fact, i think its actually on the windows 98 disc, hidden somewhere
