How I can make my project execuatable

I used to make my project executable a faw days ago with the VB. Now, I can not make it executable.
From the Main Menu, I can not see the extention of exe for my project (File -- > make). Is it something that I am doing wrong.
Can anybody explains, How I can make my project execuatable

Is it there but greyed out or is ot gone altogether?

You need to have a Startup form... Go in the project property... Maybe that why you can not make the *.exe.

In the Project properties the project type is set to Standard EXE. Also, It is not greyed out.
