    Unhappy

    Hi,
I'm working for a small company which has 10 computers. All the computers were installed with Windows 98. Now they installed a Network using Windows NT Server on one computer and connected to all other computers.
I'm trying to learn ASP. How do I get my IP address? I went into My Computer - Control Panel - Network - Configuration and there I selected the TCP/IP -> 32-Bit PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter and clicked on into its properties, but there is no IP Address in there. Can I assign an IP address by selecting the option assign IP address. Or is it going to effect on our network?
Please someone help me how to assign an IP address on my computer. I'm confused here.
    I appreciate any help.

    Thank you,
    anewbee

if you just want to find out your IP address, type in IPCONFIG at the command line

do you want to find out the IP in your ASP page? Do you want to find out the server IP or the client IP from the ASP page?
