Help!!!

There is a program installed on a network computer.
What this program does is check the name of all programs that are opened on the computer. If the admin havn't authorised a program running, their little app will close the offending program.
Is there any way to supress, or intercept the commands from this program without just shutting it down (as shutting down sends a message to the admin).
