    one that learns me about bitblt, engines, directx, ...

    yes,

    i found a lot of books talk about games programming but i want the name of the complete or useful reference.

    one of the best books named : Build Your Own PC Game in Seven Easy Steps Using Visual Basic.

    but iam waiting for another ansowers.

    How about this really old Bargain Bin gem?

    Black Art of Visual Basic Game Programming

    You'll need to disregard all of the "Make3D" stuff they have in there, but boy, that was what got me started.

    You may also want to take a look at Visual Basic Graphics Programming. Its an excellent book, starting from the basics, and moving up through the more advanced stuff.
