    Can this be done in HTML ?

    I want to create a page with this design: http://www22.brinkster.com/jizzlobber/WA_tables.html
    Now, the question is if this can be done in Pure HTML ?

    The url above is just a page with a image on it, so there is no HTML-tables. Just a pic I made in photoshop.

    In HTML, I can't organize the orange table with the other one so it looks like on the url. That is my problem.

    Why the pure HTML restriction? CSS really shines when you eliminate miles of <TABLES> and nested <TABLES>. The format you are proposing is exactly what CSS loves to do.
