Windows Ranger (secmon, NetMon)

Please help.

At our school they have installed a very annoying little app called windows ranger. It has the ability to shut down programs or apps that are installed on the computer and has disabled the right mouse button. We cannot use MSN messenger or any program except for Word, or Excel.

does anyone know of any way to disable this app, through using VB and suppressing it, or through any other method.

si i tried to find its handle and forcefully close it... without witing for it to unload.
