    CSS question: how are these effects done?

    reading through the source, I find references to
    Code:
    table style="filter:glow(color=blue)
    and
    Code:
    TABLE STYLE="filter:Shadow(color=aqua, strength=1)
    Although its offensively overdone, I'd like to learn more about it. I can't find anything in the included stylesheet. Am I missing something obvious?

    They are IE specific CSS filters..{they are not part of the CSS standard}
