finding an easy&good install creator program
hi,
i wish to find a very good install creator to make a setup for my program,
but i can't find one that is easy to use, free, very good and have planty of features over the vb package and deployment.
help?

Try Mindvision's Installer Vise. Its a good and easy to use installation program, and it is free for freeware/shareware developers: http://www.mindvision.com

I like the Visual Studio Installer that microsoft released. Its a free add-on for Visual Studio Users and its got all the features i ever needed...-shrug-

I like the VB one
I agree I save a backup of the VB installer then modify the code directly to make my own

It's not free, but i bought Installmaker from Wise, and i'm 100% satisfied.

Wise is way to expensive, you can make your own setup program and use the P&D Wizard as a template.

InnoSetup is free and work well.

Wise can be expensive. My work bought the FULL version for $17,000. But my version was only $300 and it does lots.
But he did say free, so i doubt he'll buy Wise. Who has any money these days anyway? I spent all mine on xmas presents.

yeah. it's nuts. but they bought the full blown, hardcore, file deployment version. it does EVERYTHING except cook eggs. and i mean everything.
