IE5 Menus

alot of programs that ive downloaded add a menu to ie5...when you right-click on a page, i get stuff like "download with JetCar" (which is a download helper program)...i know exactly how microsoft adds more developer menus (like "view source"), but that uses web pages, and runs scripts from the parsed file. All you need to do there, is add some registry keys. BUT THATS NOT what im looking for - is there a way to create an extra menu in IE??

Im not sure, never tried it. They are called ADD-INs. There is a control, CoolBar.ocx, im not sure if it has the capability to incorporate add-ins. Im pretty much stumped! good luck!
