    Question

    Whats the control that looks like explorer. Where u got folders and icons ect.

    i really dont want to use the standard dir and filelist.
    I know i opened it like a year ago, but i never needed it until now.

    please help!
    ok, so... windows takes 1 minute to search for a file on my PC yet google.com takes 1 second to search the entire internet?

    The controls are "ListView" Showing the icons ext.
    And you have the "TreeView" Its a tree.

    They are incluted in Common Controls 5 and or 6.

    File="MSCOMCTL.ocx"

    Yes, but i need to popullate the list with the current directory the user is in.

    That includes all the exe's and dirs in there.
    It would be extremly hard to do file by file, and very long.
    I know theres a control like that out there, im just asking if anyone knows what it is?!
