'Object doesn't support this property or method'

I got this error when trying to run an application I designed on a Win98 O.S. I do not have access to this machine to test my application on ( the clients machine ).
I do not get this error on a different Win98 machine.

Does anyone know what causes this error? How can it be prevented or rectified?
