    starting Q3 straight into a game

    does anyone know how i can start quake 3 and get it connect straigh to a server??

    i know its possible because Mplayer used to do it.... but i cant figure it out

    It's got to do with the command line, look for any front ends and see if you want to use them. That's what they are for in fact
