Putting programs in to VB 6.0
the program i am working on was started by a person called
Larry ( lars produtions ) he was fired off the job and now i am
stuck with the program the owner jason reed ask me to TRY =hopes to finish the job .. ok now that that is said and done
i cant even get the program into VB and it was built with VB
can some one help me out the program is 175 kb its a small
one it just adds up a few diffrent things and throws out the numbers..would be happy to e-mail my troubles oppess i mean program to any who would like to try to get it back in to VB
and tell me how the h%#$% you did it .. i have tryed to open it with all the aplcas/ in VB but it all comes back the same ..
i will provide copy right numbers and phone numbers to easy anyones mind..this program is copy righted...

Sounds to me like you are trying to take the exe and open it up in VB. That ain't gonna work.

Using your "Translation" I'd also like to add that there's no decompiler to make this possible either.

You can't load EXEs into VB. It's impossible, as the code is already compiled and there's no "source" to edit.

If the source was written only VB3 or earlier, then you can decompile it back to VB, but after that you can only decompile to assembly, which is kind of pointless.

i will get the codes will take a day to get them
as you might be able to guess i have had VB for all of 1 1/2
weeks and am a real newbe at this

I've had VB for almost a year and I'm still a newbie at it
