    Compatibility Problem

    I am curious if anyone has had problems running VB.net(Release Canidate) on the same machine that has VB 6 installed.

    I was using vb.net and had created some small apps. I then decided to Compile a project in vb that I had been working on for some time. To my suprise the exe would lock up whenever it was run.

    I reformatted my hard drive and reloaded all my software and went back to a backup of my VB 6 project. Finally I could use the VB 6 exe and I lost about 2 days of development time.

    That has got me a little scared of .NET.

    What i did, uninstall VS6.0, install VS.net and install VS6.0 again, no problems at all.....
