Ok guys I am counting on you in my hour of need. When loading a project I am receiving the following error -

System error &H80004002(-2147467262). No such interface supported. Continue loading project?


Ugly isn't it. Having looked a little deeper I have discovered that the components list is completely empty. But it gets worse. I did a uninstall and then a re-install and the problem was still there.

We are talking about VB5 here and I am desperate, all help welcome. You do not want to see a grown man cry do you?

Cancel red alert. There is a fix for this problem, incase anyone else gets it you can find the fix at http://www.magicsoftsolutions.com . Apparently my comcot.dll had been inadvertantly upgraded by an install of a new product.

I am sure you were all going to tell me that anyway.
