DOS Programs in VB

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how I can possibly get text from a DOS program like Netstat and display the information in a text or list box. I know how Shell the program but then I can't get the text from the DOS window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

VB World did a huge article about console mode VB programs...it looked good but I never got around to playing with it...
