    Getting Files from AS/400

    Hi, i hope you can help me..
    i am trying to get a file from a network drive that is pointing to the QDLS library of an AS/400. i am using CA V3R2M0 on an NT4 machine.
    i can get the routine i have to work with ordinary network connections pointing at various servers, but when i get to the AS/400, the program just gives me an error saying : the file cannot be opened, or the file cannot be found.
    Any help or ideas would be appreciated !

    We have unix, MVS & AS400's, & several thousand PC's. The only satisfactory way of moving files so everybody is happy is with ftp. IBM has ftp servers for all of it's products.

    We've tried a lot things, but ftp always works, so we left it at that and moved on.
