Anyone know how to hook up the video driver?
Err...Everytime Windows send the pic to the driver I'd get it at
the same time, and then I send it to another PC in real-time
I want it for Win9x...
Just want to know if anyone know the code to accomplish this
if yes, please guide me...Hope the codes can gimme 10FPS and above...

Good Ol' Platypus
I believe there is a programming interface for windows media. The recording part can get from TV tuner cards and screen capture. 320x240 capture for a 533 celeron is 30 FPS *grin* while NTSC quality (525x375) can only be captured at 8-10 FPS. If you had a faster computer you can get higher FPS.
All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.
(Just a heads-up)

Also
Depending on your video capture hardware you can get higher framerates on slower computers.
You usually have to use DirectShow to actually capture the video stream, and DirectDraw to display/read it.
