Cool Free Tabbed Browser...
Best Tabbed Browser, freeware, better than NetCaptor....
MyIE 3.2
It has ALL the features. It is updated about every two weeks. It's small. It's freeware. Developer responds to requests. Check it out. Very nice!!!!
Only drawback is that server speed on the dl sucks. Also home page is in Chinese. But version history (in zip) is in English.
