you could try http://www.allapi.net/. They also have some neat software for downloading that lists a lot of APIs, along with declarations and example code.

Actually someone gave told me about that program... and i have it, but how do u get examples from it?

I was referring to their API-Guide. Check that you've got the latest version (3.6.630), and on the left you've got the option to display a list of APIs alphabetically, or sorted by group. Select an API, and on the right, you have a number of tabs - so click the example tab.
Check http://www.allapi.net/agnet/apiguide.php for some screenshots.

well, i have developed my own style, since i kind of learned on my own.. but i suggest u just buy a book for 40 bucks that covers everything u need to know... and there are more books out there for the really advanced stuff
