Can the new Installshield 3.51 build CABs for ActiveX EXEs?
Can the new Installshield 3.51 build CABs for AxtiveX exes?
It seems to imply that it can but I need to know before I buy!

Do you mean developer (v7)? Installshield will install the ActiveX exe no problem.
Just tried it...

I'm not sure about Express...
I used that for a while, but gave up on it in lieu of Developer.
You can upgrade from Express, but it's still expensive

Installshield told me this

The Developer 7 product has the Feature you are seeking. With the release
Wizard you may select the:
Install from the Web- Setup.exe, MSI package, and CAB files Option.
This option does not stream in all the application data but generates all
the cab files along with the MSI Package and setup.exe.
