Was wondering what every ones wife/girlfriend/boyfriend/partner does

My wife is an artist, (oils, ceramics, etc), and has nothing to do with computers. She will use one and can knock up a pretty good spreadsheet, but other than that is not interested.

A quick poll around our office, (drinks friday) showed that no ones partner actually worked in computering. Is this weird or what???????????/

My current Girlfriend is a very skilled VB/SQL Server programmer...

I have to say its very rare as previous girlfriends have been everything from jewelery designers, internet tech support staff, legal secretaries and a nurse.

I have to admit... its good to be able to "talk shop" with someone who understands when you are at home from time to time

Well, my boyfriend is a professional in computer hardware and a fav. fans of football. Compare to previous one, I think it is fine with me coz at least there is someone who is from the same standard with me.

Dennis that's two of us with partners that are artists. They must be attracted to guys with logical minds...further too that am currently reviewing an article on society and groupings within it will do a post when l get my mind around it, without the socialogical bullshit

I like having an artist as a GF, because she helps me with graphics for a game I am making.

Hehe, actually, I type with both hands. Right hand moves the mouse. My hands usually don't fight over who's going to do the mouse moving. But, in vb, they race for who can press F5 to start the project or who can click the play button to start the project.
