I have just purchased a new PC running WIN 98 and have installed VB 5. I now find I can not use Active X controls such As the MSComm controll. When I try to add such a control to a form I get a message saying I am not licensed to use that product in design environment. I have tried re-installing the controls as suggested in the help but this made no difference. Previously I was using Active X controls with Win95 and had no problems.
Anyone any ideas ?

Try is probably the operative word. But I will give it a go.
