Default Button not working in Win 95

I created an application in win 2k and am trying to run it in win 95, but the default button only works sometimes in win 95 does anyone have any idea why?

Version of vb...explain what you mean by "Default Button', is this a command button or something else...

Am using vb5 sp3 so it may be a vb6 thing

using vb6, it's the default command button on the form is sometimes being set and othertimes it won't set.
