Thread: create database error

    i am running VB5 and am trying to create a database in code
    but i get an error "Active X component can't create object"
    i have referenced DAO 3.51 and microsoft activeX data objects 2.0
    please can anyone help

    Question DAO or ADO?

    Are you using DAO or ADO? Do remember to reference your project to "Project|Reference"
