    network problem, folder rights

I have a folder on a network that people can access.
They must have read write priveliges.
Some bone head keeps moving/ erasing the folder.
Lots of people depend on these dwgs.

Is there a way i can limit access.. or something?

Have your IT guys set up permissions for only the users that need it.
