Docking Windows...a hard one

I need someone really clever!

I can create a new tool window for the IDE, and I can docked it programatically by adding it to the LinkedWindows collection of the MainWindow. However, it just docks itself to the bottom of the scree, and I want to dock it at a particular position, based on another docked window (i.e. I want to dock my window below another already docked window, it the other window is visible).

Can this be done? And if so, how?
