    you either need to find one on the 'net, it will be a .gif file. make sure obviously it is animated. Or you can make one your self, if you have a program like animation shop by JASC. but you need each induvidual fram to make it work, you can't select something and say 'make it move'

    find what you want on either google or altavista image search...
    you can crop and resize any image with a good art package. alternatively ask someone in here to do it (you'll find most members obliging )

    If you post on here what sort of thing you want, I'll try yot have a look for you when I get chance.
