PS2 has onboard Ethernet, and I think DHCP. 
DreamCast had a Ethernet adapter and will run Linux or BSD. Slap in a web browser, and you have an 'Net Applicance (tm). 'Course, the DreamCast had a keyboard controller to, I think. *shrug*
