Does String in VB have any limitations in size?

Do a search in the VB help for String Data type.
I think it is something like 2 billion bytes but I am not sure.

2 billion is right....
2,000,000,000 approx is the max number of characters allowed in VB strings.
However, textboxes are limited to 64Kb strings (richtextboxes can go higher though).
