i think the windows blind application is quite cool
it can change the title bar, scrollbar and many of windows controls into different skins, are there any way to do it in vb/?

Cool yes, but some are not fuly functional and others just wast your viewing space. Tried them for a bit but when using photoshop for example, you lose control of the eye dropper ...just one instance...I'm sure there are many other apps that have problems...as well as the fact you may get one that some "ROOKIE" blind maker has made and posted and it will lock up your system. Others change the position of the control boxes which I think, though it looks good, causes some grief when you go top left to shut down and realize the button is now top right.
