I know this topic came up before but I can't really find
a good answer. What I want to do is to rotate or tilt a
picture at an angle. The picture bottom left cordinates must remain fix. So the picture fanning out like a fan.
If anyone has any tips or suggestions please don't hesitate
to post a reply or email me.
Thanks,
Laura

search the web for "LeadTools" which is a collection of Activex graphics controls, they should solve your problem

Hi Laura,
I,ve mailed you something that demonstates tilt angle that you might find useful. I should have something specific to your question somewhere; I,ll have to see if I can find it for you.
Let me know if you received the attachment intact, as I,ve had a few problems since I switched providers.
Cheers

Flip and Mirror?
Flip and Mirror Images any good to you?
Basically if you flipped and image (swap top for bottom) and then mirrored it (swap left for right), then you would have rotated the image by 90 degrees.
Hope this helps you out a little

Based on the fact that when you flip the positive/negative X,Y values the images appears rotated, you could try experimenting with using SINE and COSINE on the x and y values to calulate the rotated position of the vector.
Course, its not easy.
