Setup program in win 2000 and XP
I have made a program in vb and made it as a package in window 98.
it works properly when I install the package on windows 98 but when I install it on windows 2000 or xp by running the program it makes the error "out of memory".
Does anybody know why it make such an error?

Are you logged in as an administrator in Windows 2000 or XP when installing the program?

No. I have checked it in out office and we are under a special domain there, so I have logged in by my username and password in the internal network.

You need to have administrative rights in order to do special things like installing/removing an application.
It should say under your username that you are an administrator.

If you are at work, and your not an administrator (you would know if you were), then you most likely won't be able to install. Go to the IT department and ask them if you can have them install it for you. That will be the only way, short of you hacking!
