    So who IS Stefan Raab?

    Something tells me it is Parksie. As we don't really see much of him anymore, maybe he's just posting as someone else.

    Stefan Raab used to be the coolest fish in the pond until he got so many imitators (all of whom just seemed to think that to imitate him they just needed to speak poor English) and they forgot the humor.

    No. I don't think that Parksie is Stefan Raab. I thought perhaps it was Bonker Gudd for quite a while but now I'm just not sure. There was also a time I was sure it was Jethro. I think I'm going to stick with that guess until I have further evidence.
