VB Guru´s neded

I am currently in need for some people who knows VB in and out. There is a game called Diablo 2 and we are some people who desperetly seeks someone who can help put on building an editor for the game.
Alot of it has been done but the hard part is still missing. I gope some of you are villing to help us out here to make a nice editor for the awsome game

I want to make an editor for editing the D2 chars. This has been done but its damn hard when it comes to item decrypting.
The editors out there are very basic and the finest of them is bugged.
I can deliver the nescessry files used to create such editor but I really dont have any clue to the hard stuff.

So basically what I want it:

An editor wich can edit the char stats and some item import and stuff. There are some source codes already so I doubt it should be difficult to make this if you really know VB.
Please do help alot of people out there who wants to try to have a nice well organized editor

There are like tons of editors but they stopped working long time ago due to upgrade in the save game files on Diablo 2.
I have the cource code on how to make the basic part of the prog but item editing and such is god damn hard.

This is the checksum on how to bypass the latest version of the save files and edit them.
There is character editor and skills editing ect...but items is the hard part. I need someone who can do this because its really hard. I will post url to the newscesarry files.
